Digital files are delivered immediately after purchase.
By purchasing a digital item, you acknowledge that:

• refunds are not available for digital goods
• accidental duplicate purchases may be refunded if reported within 7 days
• file delivery may occur through Wix or a secure download link
• you must have compatible software before purchasing
If a file is corrupted or cannot be opened, contact us within 7 days for assistance.
