Licensing & Use
All mockups, PSD files, and digital assets from Vanessa Olink Art are licensed for creating presentations of your own artwork or products in your portfolio, online shop, or marketing.
Allowed
• Use in your online shop, portfolio, or social media
• Creating product images for Etsy, Shopify, Wix, or similar platforms
• Commercial use for presenting your own designs
• One license per user (single seat), intended for individual artists and small businesses
• Credit not required
Not Allowed
• Reselling, redistributing, gifting, or sharing the files in any form
• Claiming any mockup, styled scene, or included element as your own creation
• Using props, furniture, décor, walls, lighting, or any styled elements as standalone artwork
• Extracting, isolating, modifying, or reusing elements to create new mockups, templates, or design resources for resale
• Using any part of the files to train AI tools or generate derivative datasets
• Registering any mockup, scene, or artwork as a trademark or intellectual property
All digital products are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

Digital Downloads
All digital files are delivered instantly after checkout through a secure download link.
• Files over 1 GB include a PDF with an external download link
• Most products are delivered in ZIP format — please ensure your device can open ZIP and PSD files
• Download and back up your files promptly, as access links may expire
• If you experience download issues or a technical error, contact me within 7 days for assistance
Refund Policy
Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final.
Refunds cannot be issued for:
• accidental purchases
• change of mind
• misunderstanding the product description
• software incompatibility
If a file is corrupted or contains a technical issue, please contact me within 7 days so I can repair or replace it.
EU Digital Goods Notice
By completing a digital purchase and accessing the files immediately, you acknowledge that the EU right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered upon purchase.

All mockups, PSD files, styled scenes, photographs, artwork, patterns, watercolors, designs, branding, and written content on this website are protected by copyright.

Dropshipping & Physical Products
Physical products (prints, home décor, apparel) are produced and shipped by trusted fulfillment partners.
• Processing and delivery times vary by region
• Orders ship from the nearest available facility whenever possible
• Carrier delays or customs fees are outside of my control
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email photos within 7 days and I will arrange a replacement
